Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms, while very comfortable albeit a bit pricey, were located on the top floor, making access a bit challenging in the old building, but the proximity to the garden reserved for guests was a lovely touch. The cleanliness of the rooms and the perfect location within Broadway town were definite highlights.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were like a small cottage, very nicely appointed with a good size bathroom and lovely bath products. The view from my room over the green at the front of the hotel was simply stunning. The Reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. However, the only downside was the issue with the breakfast charging policy.
My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms, though comfortable, could use some design improvements, but the old English style with horse themes added a unique touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even going above and beyond to accommodate my breakfast with my dog. The location in the heart of Broadway was perfect for exploring the town. While the dining experience had its ups and downs, the overall service and facilities made my stay memorable.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, the room was huge and very comfortable with a lovely huge bed. The service was excellent, really friendly and efficient. The location was great, right on the Main Street in Broadway, although the thin walls in the rooms were a bit of a downside. The dining experience was fabulous with great attention to detail, although the strange tasting eggs were a bit disappointing. The facilities were very good.
The hotel had quirky and lovely rooms with a comfortable king-size bed and wood burners, making it extremely relaxing at this time of year. The service was welcoming and efficient, with attentive staff observing the requirement for face coverings. The location was perfect with a delightful pub/bar on the property, but thin walls could be noisy at times. The dining experience was adequate but could use improvement in sourcing better breakfast options. Overall, a magical stay in a superb Old English village with good value for money.
Staying at this hotel felt like a step back in time with its old world charm. The cozy rooms were very well appointed with tea and coffee facilities, although accessing them on the top floor of the old building was a bit tricky. The service was top-notch, with staff who were delightful, attentive, and superbly friendly. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the town's attractions and charming spots of the Cotswolds. The dining experience, although a little disappointing, still managed to impress with its excellent quality and variety. Overall, a delightful stay with a touch of history and warmth.
